Truck-Mount Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction with a truck-mounted unit. The truck runs hotter than any rental machine, so it pulls dirt, pet stains, and allergens out of the fiber instead of pushing them around. Dries faster too.
Portable High-Rise Cleaning
Same clean, different machine. When a truck can't park close enough, like at a high-rise or a condo mid-building, Joel brings in a portable unit that runs off one outlet and a sink.
Carpet Stretching & Repair
Ripples, wrinkles, and loose seams pulled tight again. Way cheaper than new carpet, and once it's done, it stays done.

01How long will my carpet take to dry?
With the truck-mount, most carpets are walkable in 4 to 6 hours and fully dry by bedtime. Crack a window or run a fan and it goes faster. Condo jobs on the portable dry a little slower.
02Is the cleaning safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Joel rinses every job out with fresh water, so there's no soapy residue left behind for paws or hands to pick up. Pet-safe products on request.
03Do you move furniture?
Joel moves standard living-room furniture like couches, chairs, and coffee tables. Very heavy items — pianos, china cabinets, loaded bookshelves, fish tanks — stay put, and he cleans around them.
04What about tough stains — pet accidents, red wine, traffic lanes?
Most come out. Joel pre-treats traffic lanes and pet spots before the main clean. Some dye stains and old set-in damage won't fully lift, and he'll tell you up front instead of making promises he can't keep.
05How soon can you come out?
Often the same week. For condo buildings with loading-dock rules, give a little extra lead time. Call to check the current schedule.
06Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Call with the room count and any problem spots and Joel will quote by the square foot. No pressure, no upsells, no surprise fees.
